• Insulated double-wall glass. The double wall uses air as a very effective insulator, keeping the heat inside the brew to create a nicely extracted cup.
• Higher brew column. Steeper angles and taller brew column increase the amount of grounds that come in contact with water, allowing you to experiment with finer grind settings to produce more nuanced flavors.
